In this private residence on the Costa Brava, the project reimagines the Catalan masía for contemporary living. Set in Sa Tuna, its contemporary architecture engages the site’s heritage through stone walls, lime finishes and natural timber. We shaped Mediterranean light, movement and texture to weave the historic volumes with the extensions, creating luminous spaces that flow to the garden and pool. At MA&partners we refined an honest palette and a calm, luxury interior design, where crafted furniture and warm tones deliver a timeless aesthetic. The result is a discreet coastal retreat of elegance and balance, conceived to endure.
