Iulia is a private residence of contemporary architecture conceived for quiet living. Set in Sant Cugat del Vallès, the project embraces Mediterranean light and a calm residential context. We shaped the material palette with precision so stone, timber and textured plaster create luminous, understated rooms. Luxury interior design appears through bespoke pieces, fluid circulation and a soft chromatic range that enhances wellbeing. Every junction and proportion has been refined to achieve a timeless character, gently connected to the garden and rich in tactile detail. The result is an intimate and balanced home that offers serenity, elegance and a lasting sense of place.
