Andrea is a contemporary architecture enclave in Sant Cugat del Vallès, designed to breathe calm and light. Engaging the natural setting near Barcelona, the project favors privacy and indoor-outdoor living through expansive glazing and open layouts. At MA&partners, we shaped luxury interiors with a serene palette of natural wood and limestone, where materiality, proportion and visual quiet deliver luminous, highly functional spaces. Each room is organized around framed views and bespoke elements that underscore a timeless design language. The ensemble becomes a sophisticated, balanced and discreet retreat, crafted for demanding daily life and imbued with a distinctly Mediterranean spirit.
