Located in the Sarrià area of Barcelona, Brusi is an integral renovation of an existing dwelling. Through a series of interventions in the interior partitions, a transversal apartment is created that seeks to provide spaciousness and spatial relationship to the different spaces that compose it.

Brusi is characterized by a search for a vibrant and functional residential program that architecturally expresses the creative character of its users. This search is highlighted by the presence of elements such as the library, a private reading and concentration room, and a multi-creative dance and art room. The final project is understood as a reflection of the unique character of the property in the design of each space and internal finish.
